Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Reapre automation platform, including the website, API, Chrome extension, Computer Companion, Android bridge, MCP server, app connectors, and all related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Reapre ("we", "us", "our").
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Account Registration
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
2. Service Description
Reapre provides an automation platform that allows you to control browsers, connected computers, Android devices, and supported applications programmatically through AI agents. The Service includes:
- A WebSocket-based API for sending browser automation commands
- A Chrome extension that executes commands in the browser
- An MCP (Model Context Protocol) server for AI model integration
- A web dashboard for managing API keys, billing, and usage analytics
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
- Engage in unauthorized access to websites, systems, or data
- Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code
- Scrape or harvest data in violation of website terms of service
- Send spam, phishing messages, or unsolicited communications
- Circumvent rate limits, security measures, or access controls
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or abusive purpose
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.
4. API Keys and Security
- API keys are issued per account and are confidential credentials.
- You must not share, publish, or expose API keys in public repositories or client-side code.
- You can revoke API keys at any time through the dashboard.
- We may revoke API keys if we detect abuse or security concerns.
- You are responsible for any usage incurred through your API keys.
5. Subscription Plans and Billing
5.1 Plans
We offer the following subscription tiers:
- Free - limited to 100 API requests per month, no charge
- Pro - up to 10,000 API requests per month included
- Enterprise - up to 100,000 API requests per month included
5.2 Payment Processing
All payments are processed by Paddle.com, acting as our Merchant of Record. When you purchase a subscription, you are entering into a contract with Paddle for the supply of the Service. Paddle handles all billing, invoicing, sales tax, and VAT on our behalf.
By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Use.
5.3 Usage Limits
Each plan includes a monthly request allowance. Once you reach your included monthly allowance, requests may pause until the next monthly reset unless you upgrade or change plans. You can monitor your usage in real time through the dashboard.
5.4 Billing Cycle
Subscriptions are billed monthly. Your billing cycle starts on the date you subscribe and renews automatically each month until cancelled.
6. Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through the dashboard.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- You will retain access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- After cancellation, your account will revert to the Free tier.

7. Service Availability
- We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime.
- The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
- We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.
8. Intellectual Property
- The Service, including its code, design, and documentation, is owned by Reapre and protected by intellectual property laws.
- You retain ownership of any data and content you process through the Service.
- We do not claim any rights over the data you transmit through the API.
- You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reapre, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
12. Modifications to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
13. Termination
- We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason with reasonable notice.
- Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
- Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including liability, indemnification, and intellectual property) will survive.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
